We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize HR technology systems while driving process improvements, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Pay Rate: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize HRIS applications and HR technology platforms
- Configure workflows, system enhancements, security roles, and business processes
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership teams
- Ensure data integrity through audits, troubleshooting, validation, and system maintenance
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to implement solutions
- Support system upgrades, testing, integrations, and new module implementations
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Assist with compliance reporting and data requests
- Investigate and resolve system-related issues while providing end-user support
- Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS, HR technology, business systems, or related analytical experience
- Experience supporting HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, employee data management, talent management, and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HRIS certification or related professional certification
- Experience supporting manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, or consumer products environments
- Familiarity with system integrations and data interfaces
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Experience participating in or leading HR technology implementations
