ROLE DESCRIPTION
Daniel Borden - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and energetic professional for the role of Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. At Daniel Borden - State Farm Insurance Agency we are looking to hire highly-motivated individuals to work! As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , your primary responsibility is to achieve agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. Follow-up is key. You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance and financial products that help customers protect their homes, cars, and retirement incomes, to achieve a better quality of life. As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource to the community, we are excited to expand our successful agency with your skillset.
Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Service existing customers and assist with processing new insurance applications
- Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
- Execute, plan and implement office processes
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies
- Process applications
- Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies
- We will train you for any of the above, selling is the #1 ability we are looking to cultivate
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.

Compensation
50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
