Job Description : Summer Mezzanine Financing Analyst

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Summer Mezzanine Financing Analyst to join our private credit investment team for a 10 12 week internship program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mezzanine financing, supporting the evaluation, execution, and management of subordinated debt and equity investments across various industries. As a Summer Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals, develop critical financial analysis skills, and contribute to live transactions and portfolio management projects.

Key Responsibilities : Investment Research and Analysis :

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate mezzanine financing opportunities.
• Build and refine financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and capital structure evaluations.
• Analyze creditworthiness by reviewing financial statements, operational performance, and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees.
