Opengear is a global company with offices in Brisbane, Australia and Sandy, Utah. Position This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished supply chain leader to join Digi International's Opengear Operations team in Sandy, Utah. This is a hybrid role located in Sandy, UT.

Who You Are and What You Bring 810+ years of progressive supply chain experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 68 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent with demonstrated mastery of supply chain disciplines across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory. Demonstrated experience reducing inventory and driving working capital improvement in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with freight cost optimization, ocean vs. air/ground freight strategy, and carrier management. Working knowledge of trade compliance, tariff strategy, and global sourcing (Importing, Exporting, Trade Agreements, Customs Regulations). Experience managing supplier and contract manufacturer (CM) relationships, including delivery performance and cost negotiations. Strong analytical skills; comfortable setting and tracking KPIs such as inventory turns, OTD, and PPV savings. Required: Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel (Power Query) and the ability to write and run Business Activity Queries (BAQs) or equivalent ERP query tools to extract data for manipulation and analysis in Excel. Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) and supplier collaboration platforms (SourceDay or similar). Excellent cross-functional communication skills; experience partnering with Engineering, Finance, and Operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Desired But Not Required APICS CPIM, CSCP, or ISM CPSD certification. Experience with USMCA or other free trade agreement strategy execution. Prior experience in light electronics or hardware manufacturing. Experience managing subcontractors internationally, including Asia-Pacific or Mexico-based contract manufacturing. Project or Program Management certification (PMP/PgMP).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $149,000. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position.
