Senior Systems Engineer – Device Characterization

Position Overview : as a Senior Systems Engineer in the Timing division, you will play a key role in our new product introduction (NPI) cycle, transitioning products from pre-silicon design to post-silicon validation and characterization.

We seek candidates who demonstrate a passion for learning, initiative, curiosity, and engineering ingenuity. A positive attitude and a strong disposition for teamwork are essential.

Location : this position can be based in Austin, TX, or Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities

Pre-silicon Stage :

• Participate in design architecture reviews and provide DFT (Design-For-Test) requirements.
• Design and develop Engineering Evaluation Boards (EEVBs) based on product specifications.
• Collaborate with layout engineers, specify board components, and evaluate boards through TDR and VNA measurements.
• Design and develop silicon validation test benches, plan and assemble benches, and develop test flows in Visual Studio .NET.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $89,100 - $172,100 per year . Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
