Job descriptionPost job requisitions via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interview panel members Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS Coordinate interview logistics, including booking interview rooms, setting up video conferencing tools, and ensuring technical equipment is available Assist in conducting in-person, phone, and video interviews Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide updates on application status Identify opportunities for process improvements within the recruitment function Streamline administrative tasks and optimize recruitment workflows Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and team members to ensure a seamless recruitment experience Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing recruitment-related materials 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within a Life Sciences organization Experience with high-volume scheduling and interacting with all levels of the organization Strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Attention to detail is essential Professional written and verbal communication skills required Ability to be onsite as needed Experience with ATS platforms (Jobvite), HRIS systems (ADP), scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom), DocuSign, background check systems, and MS Excel strongly preferred Full support and career-development resources to help you reach your potential A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act
