Job Description :

As a Creative & Choreography Talent Agent at Clear Talent Group, you will be responsible for identifying, representing, and managing talent in the choreography and creative direction sectors. You will play a key role in shaping the careers of choreographers and other creative professionals, negotiating contracts, seeking opportunities, and ensuring your clients receive the best representation possible.

Responsibilities :

Talent Representation : Scout, evaluate, and sign new talent in the choreography and dance fields.
Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding their careers with tailored strategies and advice.
Negotiation & Bookings : Handle contract negotiations, booking opportunities, and ensure clients secure optimal offers in projects.
Scheduling & Coordination : Manage client schedules, organize auditions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
Industry Networking : Actively network with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals to secure opportunities for your clients.
Event Representation : Attend industry events, auditions, and meetings to advocate for your clients and build relationships with industry insiders.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, casting calls, and new developments in the creative and choreography sectors.

Qualifications :

Experience : Previous experience in talent representation, choreography, or dance is strongly preferred. A background in talent agencies, management companies, or casting offices is beneficial.

Choreography / Dance Knowledge : A deep interest or experience in choreography and dance is essential for understanding the needs and opportunities of creative talent.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and handle sensitive client matters professionally.

Organizational Skills : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy : Proficient in office software and platforms such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms. Familiarity with Casting Networks, Actors Access, and other industry-specific tools is a plus.

Professionalism Under Pressure : Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
