• Employer Branding : Communicate the company's value proposition, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates to strengthen our employer brand.
• Metrics Tracking : Measure sourcing effectiveness through defined metrics (, conversion rates from passive candidates to hires) and report on outcomes.
• Referral Management : Follow up on employee referrals and leverage existing networks for candidate sourcing.
