Job description
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner to evaluate insurance claims and determine compensation amounts.
Key Responsibilities
Review insurance claims for validity and adherence to policy terms
Collect and analyze relevant documentation to support claims processing
Communicate with stakeholders to explain the claims process and provide updates
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Medical claims processing experience, including use of claims processing software
Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and HIPAA regulations preferred
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks
Basic computer skills and ability to use 2-factor authentication applications
