Our team is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to contribute to development efforts and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. About the role :
As a Business Analyst , you will p rovide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis. Research and capture business needs and act as a proxy for the users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure the end-state functionality is acceptable in fulfilling the identified customer value .
What we are looking for :
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical role
- Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
- Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
- Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
