A company is looking for a Service Disconnect Coordinator to manage the processing of telecom service disconnections.Key Responsibilities : Manage the lifecycle of disconnect requests, including initiation, validation, and executionCommunicate with telecom vendors to confirm service termination and resolve issuesWork closely with customer success teams to confirm client authorization and provide updatesRequired Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years' experience in the telecommunications industryMinimum of 2 years' experience in Service Delivery and / or service disconnectsExperience with telecom service disconnects or provisioning processesHands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit orderingFamiliarity with telecom services, circuit IDs, and vendor processes
