Job Description
The Guild of St. Agnes is the largest early education and care agency in Central MA with a mission to provide families with quality and affordable childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. We are currently seeking a part-time Fleet Manager who will perform operational tasks to monitor, maintain and improve the Transportation Department's approximately 60 vehicles and services while working collaboratively with Operations personnel to provide safe and reliable transportation of children attending The Guild of St. Agnes programs.
Essential Functions include :
- Working with the Director of Capital Planning and Management to ensure that new vehicles are purchased on a regular basis.
- Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed.
- Developing and implementing best practice standards to maintain vehicles.
- The ability to stand, turn and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ensuring repairs and maintenance on all vehicles is completed.
- Providing reports on budgeting, schedules, and maintenance of fleet.
