Job Title : Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
The Proctor Dealerships are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. This role provides essential administrative and HR support to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about HR , with 1-3 years of experience in human resources. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your career in a collaborative and dynamic work environment .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
- Support employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with leave administration, including FMLA, PTO tracking, and other leave-related processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed throughout the organization.
- Prepare HR-related reports, maintain Human Resource Information Systems, and support payroll processing as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and responding to HR inquiries.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Handle confidential HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
