- Lead by example and model all company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude and steady workflow among employees.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and expectations without favoritism.
- Prioritize safety for both staff and customers at all times.
- Recognize and reinforce employees who embody the company’s values and address those who do not.
- Communicate effectively regarding potential improvements and solutions.
- Train for three days on the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
