Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description

This role requires the ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs bags or products such as malts, flour, and sugar. You will operate material handling equipment up to 95% of the time, including an Electronic Pallet Jack. Experience is a must. You will select and prepare customer orders to ensure complete fulfillment, read pick tickets and labels, assemble orders from stock, and load trailers with scheduled merchandise for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as hand jacks, forklifts, reach forklifts, order pickers, and others.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines as per government regulations, company safety manuals, and stated safety policies.
• Maintain performance at or above the company's productivity standards and service level targets.
• Ensure proper warehouse cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Electronic Pallet Jack operation.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts.
• Order picking and inventory management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating reach lift forklifts.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.40 - $21.40/hr.
