We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Title Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Process title and registration for vehicle sales utilizing Web Dealer and Title Desk
- Accurately prepare title documents for the State in which the vehicle is registered, including out-of-state transitions if needed
- Follow up on outstanding issues
- Process registration and plates for units sold
- Process outgoing titles (intercompany and wholesale units)
- Ensure used cars have clear titles on hand
