Job descriptionBachelor's in Accounting / Finance or Similar Program : Possess a degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and accounting practices. Minimum 2 Years Applicable Experience : Have at least 2 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong Spreadsheet Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software for data management and analysis. Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining clean financial records. Analytical Aptitude : Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and propose solutions. Knowledge of NetSuite or Oracle ERP Systems (a plus) : Familiarity with NetSuite or other Oracle ERP systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by performing a wide range of treasury activities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, assisting in the year-end audit process, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bank Administration & Daily Operations : Manage daily cash position and bank activity, including deposits, payments, wires / ACH, Positive Pay, and account validations, while coordinating with AP / AR to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Cash Flow Management & Forecasting : Oversee daily cash movements, track flex activity, and prepare weekly forecasts by aggregating AP data, reconciling payments, and projecting short-term liquidity needs.
- Monthly Reconciliations : Perform regular reconciliations of banking activity, payment platforms, and marketplace orders, including weekly TSE payment reconciliations through treasury systems.
- Cash Projections : Assist in cash flow forecasting, helping the organization plan for upcoming financial obligations and opportunities.
- Process Improvement and Automation : Deliver accurate cash and variance reports, support audits, and drive process improvements and automation in treasury operations.
- Ad-Hoc Projects : Willingly take on and excel in any ad-hoc projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the finance team and the organization.
