Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our C-Suite executives within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in a credit union or financial institution and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide dedicated support to C-Suite executives, managing daily schedules, complex calendars, and communications.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed.
• Proactively anticipate executive needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are current.
• Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
