Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our client's team and help craft exceptional experiences that simplify complexity and delight the users. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise, user research skills, and strategic thinking to lead projects and deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals. We need an experienced designer who considers themselves an expert in Figma.

Responsibilities

Simplify Complexity : Distill simplicity from complex user requirements, creating intuitive and elegant designs.
User Research : Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
Customer and Team Communication : Utilize superior communication skills to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively.
User-Centered Design : Focus on the needs of the customer, staying flexible, decisive, and passionate in your approach.
Project Leadership : Lead large and complex design projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Problem Prioritization : Define and prioritize problems to be tackled, driving clarity and focus in the design process.
Interface Design : Design and deliver mobile and web interfaces that simplify complex data across various form factors and screen layouts.
Collaboration : Act as a liaison across development, product, sales, and leadership to ensure business, product, and technical requirements are accommodated in designs.

Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of 6+ years designing user interfaces for mobile and web platforms.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex data and craft user-friendly designs across various platforms.

Research Expertise : Demonstrated experience in conducting user research and translating insights into impactful designs.

Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.

Tool Expertise : Leverage tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, and more to conceptualize and deliver high-quality designs. Figma expertise is mandatory.

Other Software : Strong Microsoft Office or equivalent experience, including PowerPoint and Word for presentations, white papers, sales collateral, etc
