5+ years of experience (senior level) : designing for content and information leveraging expertise in information architecture and design (with a proven portfolio of work); interaction design and visual design, exhibiting a proficiency in user experience concepts, typography, layout, and responsive design
Demonstrable articulation of product strategy and vision and all the thinkings - design / strategic / system
Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles
Mastery of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, branching, etc.); experience with other software is a plus

Skills / experience
5+ years of experience (senior level) : designing for content and information leveraging expertise in information architecture and design (with a proven portfolio of work); interaction design and visual design, exhibiting a proficiency in user experience concepts, typography, layout, and responsive design
Mastery of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, branching, etc.); experience with other software is a plus
Proficiency in prototyping; motion design skills are a bonus
Well-versed in accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), designing for broad audiences
Demonstrable articulation of product strategy and vision and all the thinkings – design / strategic / system
Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles
Experience working in scrum / agile and with developers
Experience working with user experience researchers and various methods of research and designing experiments
