We are looking for a passionate and creative product designer to create effortless user experiences for our software platform.
As the head of design, you will develop holistic customer experiences based on user research, usability testing, and your original designs.
You will work closely with our Head of Product to create and refine new design elements and product features that take the Teknoir platform to the next level.
As a key member of Teknoir’s product team, you will report to our Head of Product and focus on developing new design elements and product features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and original ideas.
You will also collaborate with our technical and marketing leadership to refine, propose, and deliver iterative improvements on the Teknoir platform.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop holistic visual and interactive customer experiences.
- Identify new design elements and features based on feedback and industry insights.
- Develop and monitor metrics regarding how customers discover and interact with features of our platform.
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Develop and present product prototypes, including wireframes, mockups, minimum-viable products, etc., that can be implemented by Teknoir’s front-end developers.
- Conduct usability testing with user groups to assess product quality and gather valuable feedback

Experience, Knowledge and Education :
- Highly creative and vision-driven
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and design-thinking skills
- Collaborative and energized by working with customers
- Self-motivated and ready to wear multiple hats as needed
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- BSc / BA in Design or relevant field
- Expert Level Experience in Figma
