We are currently seeking a UX Lead Designer - Remote to join our team in United States (US) .

Requirements :

• 8-10 years of overall UX User experience design experience.
• Demonstrated Expertise with Design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin is a must.
• Experience with interaction design is a plus.
• Must have experience in HealthCare domain. Experience in other domains will be a plus.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, journey maps, user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Experience working on web / responsive web / mobile interface design.
• Working knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with mentoring other designers and leading a team of UX Architects and Visual Designers.
• Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI / UX best practices.
• Self-starter that can work both independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities.
• Knowledge of international and accessibility design considerations.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in design, fine arts, or related subject.
