Pay Range : [$55.00] to [$59.30]

Title : Software Engineer

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : 11 months contract to hire

Job Description :

Must have : Candidates must have Java, good at SQL, API Dev, Spring & Kubernetes

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 9 years applied experience Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability Experience with Core Java, collections, Exception Handling, Generics & Multithreading, Spring boot, JavaScript Strong understanding of data, data modeling and database methodologies and architecture disciplines Advanced SQL and data management knowledge Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI / CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
