Clearance Requirement : Active Secret Clearance is required to start Travel Requirements : 5-10% Location : Dam Neck – Virginia Beach, VA SUMMARY : WR has an opportunity for a Software Engineer, Associate to provide programming support requiring experience in radar and communication signal analysis. The ideal candidate will also have a background in Communication Security (COMSEC) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following : Develop and execute software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes. Demonstrate understanding of hardware and operating system environments, system interfaces, internal and external controls, and outputs. Evaluate and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other software systems. Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer / Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific discipline. One (1)+ year of full-time professional experience with networked computer systems and routine programming using C, C++, C#, Python, Visual Basic, and / or other object-oriented languages. Software development experience in C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Python, RHL, and / or other object-oriented languages. Ability to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI clearance.
