Job Description :
The Data Scientist will build and deploy predictive models to drive personalization, optimize marketing outcomes, and support data-driven business growth in a fast-paced, unstructured data environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Build and deploy predictive and behavioral models using Python and SQL
Analyze large, unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights
Develop scalable data models to support offer and content personalization
Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions
Communicate findings clearly and defend analytical assumptions and results
Requirements : Must-Haves :
3–5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist
3–5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL
Proven experience building and deploying predictive models
Strong background in statistical modeling and analysis
Comfort working in unstructured or imperfect data environments
Nice-to-Haves :
Experience using Databricks
Background supporting marketing or customer analytics use cases
