Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing financial needs. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial management. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders. 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or energy-related industries. Expertise in corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP), and risk management. Experience managing ESOP financial structures is a plus. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and strategic financial planning. Experience leading and developing finance and accounting teams. Maintain a strong financial position while supporting business growth and expansion. Ensure financial compliance and risk management while driving profitability. Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. Effectively lead and mentor finance teams, ensuring high performance. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business objectives.
