Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will excel in outbound sales and client engagement while showcasing exceptional communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving revenue growth, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Outbound Sales : Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies.
Lead Follow-up : Qualify and nurture incoming leads, building strong relationships and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations via video conferencing.
Proposal Development : Craft customized proposals addressing client needs and demonstrating value.
Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Reporting : Track sales activities, monitor KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on online sales and video demonstrations.

Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Benefits

Work from home;

Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST, Monday - Friday

Starting salary between 6$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance + $100 for each deal closed;

A workplace that values its people;

Referral bonus : If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients;
