What You'll Do

  • Define : Shape sales strategies, compensation plans, and quotas, aligning cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Industry Expertise : 10+ years in sales leadership within the restaurant technology sector, with a strong understanding of POS systems and payments.
  • Proven Leadership : 7+ years of experience managing sales teams, with a track record of recruiting, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Vision : Demonstrated success in crafting and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Restaurant Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of trends, challenges, and opportunities, and the ability to articulate our value proposition.
  • Operational Excellence : Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and other sales technologies, paired with the ability to implement scalable systems and processes.
