A successful WE manager will be managing the HR function for Malaysia and Singapore offices. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant work culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and driving initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

The WE manager will report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and workplace policies.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting to interview coordination and selection.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with employment laws and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies and processes.
• Performance Management & Career Development
• Administer the performance management framework, including goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
• Support career development initiatives by facilitating training programs and development plans.
• Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Organize and participate in company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to foster a positive work culture.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
