We are seeking a passionate and skilled Developer Advocate to join our growing team at Unlayer. As a Developer Advocate, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our product development team and our developer community.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code for Unlayer's APIs and SDK
- Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events to promote Unlayer's products and gather feedback
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and webinars to educate internal teams and developers on Unlayer's capabilities
- Collaborate with the product team to incorporate developer feedback into future product roadmaps
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving developer issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers, including but not limited to user interface problems, integration issues, and API errors.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to coworkers and customers on how to resolve technical issues, both independently and through guided troubleshooting sessions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to empower coworkers and customers to self-serve and reduce support inquiries.
