Sioux Ag Services is a growing agricultural equipment service and installation company based in Worthing, South Dakota. We specialize in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing manure handling and separation systems, including pumps, agitators, separators, controls, and related equipment. As a Daritech dealer, much of our work involves installing and servicing Daritech equipment, along with PVC and HDPE plumbing systems.

We are looking for an experienced, mechanically inclined Agricultural Equipment Service Technician to join our five-person team. This is a hands-on field service position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical equipment, diagnosing problems, and finding solutions.

Most days will be spent in the field servicing existing systems or installing new equipment alongside a small two- or three-person crew. As you gain familiarity with our systems and customers, you’ll also be trusted to work independently, diagnose equipment issues, and determine the best solution. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair agricultural equipment and manure handling systems.
• Work with pumps, agitators, separators, controls, and separation systems.
• Perform field service at customer locations and troubleshoot equipment issues independently.
• Install new manure handling, pumping, and separation equipment.
• Assist with equipment installation, maintenance, and service.
• Work with PVC and HDPE plumbing associated with agricultural systems.
• Identify mechanical or equipment problems and develop practical, effective solutions.
• Work independently when needed while also collaborating with two- and three-person field crews.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with manure handling, separation systems, pumps, agitators, separators, controls, or similar agricultural equipment is strongly preferred.
• Daritech equipment or system experience is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose problems and confidently determine solutions while working in the field.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and honest.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented and comfortable working closely with a small crew.
