You will play a critical role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity while contributing to a high standard of clinical care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, teamwork, and professional growth within the healthcare field.

Flint Green Card Sponsorship Program

  1. Flint partners directly with U.S. healthcare facilities to offer employer-sponsored green card opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  2. We match qualified CNAs with full-time roles at reputable healthcare facilities across the United States.
  3. From job placement through the immigration process, our team supports you step-by-step—so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care while building a stable future in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and established clinical protocols
  2. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility
  3. Safely transfer, position, and ambulate patients using appropriate equipment and techniques
  4. Monitor patients’ physical and emotional condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff
  5. Accurately document patient care, observations, and vital information in electronic or paper medical records
  6. Support pediatric patients and their families with compassion, reassurance, and clear communication
  7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
  8. Follow infection prevention and control policies, including proper use of PPE and aseptic techniques
  9. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
  10. Uphold patient rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
  2. Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred
  3. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
  4. Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and common patient care practices
  5. Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility (with or without assistive devices)
  6. Familiarity with infection control standards and infectious disease protocols
  7. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions
  8. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
