Provide excellent guest satisfaction, speedy service , and quality products * Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred * Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments * Follow Brand standards, recipes, and food safety standards * Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations * Works well in a team environment * Must have your own transportation, and a Driver's License is a plus. * Prepare food and beverages as well as assemble and package orders * You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
