Summary / Objective : A level 1 warehouse position is the entry level position. The objective of this position is to develop a solid understanding of the basic requirements of the warehouse and demonstrate these requirements at an acceptable level of performance. Development of a strong skills base is required to move to the next warehouse associate level.

Essential Functions :

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in packaging of aftermarket materials.
• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in manual and automated roof kit equipment operation.
• Ability to operate and pass certification for lift truck operation.
• Complete and demonstrate proficiency in 6S processes and procedures.
