Latham Centers, a world-renowned leader in supporting individuals with complex special needs, including Prader-Willi syndrome, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you will provide personalized care, support daily living skills, and foster community engagement for adults in our residential programs.
Locations: Yarmouth, Sandwich, Wareham, Brewster, Dennis, Plymouth, and Barnstable
Compensation: $20.20-$21.85 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

If you have a caring heart, strong communication skills, and a desire to be part of a supportive team, we will provide all the training and guidance you need to succeed. Many of our leaders began their careers as DSPs, so there's plenty of opportunity for growth.
