We are looking for a Transportation Driver to support our residents and work alongside our dedicated team of caregivers at our skilled nursing facility in Pana, IL.
As a Transportation Driver, you will play an important role in helping residents safely attend appointments and activities while ensuring they are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
Responsibilities include:
Safely transport residents to medical appointments and scheduled outings
Treat residents and their property with dignity and respect
Assist nursing staff with resident comfort and safety needs as assigned
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and safe operation
Follow all transportation safety procedures and facility policies
Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Dependable and flexible schedule availability
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work mornings and evenings as needed
Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
