Free benefits for employees 4.5 weeks of PTO/year Yearly bonuses Yearly safe harbor and profit-sharing 2 interviews Job Details Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime Maintain and repair electric drive systems, including VFDs and servo systems Support troubleshooting and maintenance of automation and controls equipment Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve equipment and process issues Assist with installation, start‑up, and commissioning of new or upgraded equipment Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Hands‑on experience working with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and servo drives Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment Knowledge of electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley PLCs, automation, and controls preferred PLC experience is not required but is a major plus Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and drawings Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade degree preferred Interested in hearing more?
