Allergen‑Aware Service & Menu Compliance : As part of our team, you will be required to complete mandatory training on California’s new Allergen Disclosure law (ADDE). You’ll help ensure all menu items are labeled for the 'Top 9' allergens, respond to guest allergen inquiries professionally, and follow restaurant protocols to help protect guest safety and comply with state law.
