We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly Veteran and needs help with showering, dressing, and walking in the town of Snowflake, AZ.
This is a long term position. 11 hours per week. Paid at $25/hour. Pay is $21/hour base with a $4/hour bonus to total $25/hour. You get the bonus if you work all the shifts you agreed to work during that pay period. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Same day pay option - at no cost.
The position will be hired as an independent contractor. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. Must pass a background check.
Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It cost $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked. Here is a list of County Health Departments: https://www.naccho.org/membership/lhd-directory. You can also do this at CVS Minute Clinics. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Cost is $75. We reimburse the $75 on your first paycheck - if you keep the receipt: www.minuteclinic.com.
