\n Responsibilities * Customer Assistance & Communication - Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. * Leadership & Teamwork - Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. * Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. * Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
Keep store operations running smoothly. * Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment. * Product Knowledge & Installation Services - Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. * Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications What We're Looking For * Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. * Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. * Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have * Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. * Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail * Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
