Location : Mission Prep – Waterford, VA located in Loudoun County.

Position Overview

The Community Coordinator plays a central role in clients’ healing and recovery by supporting daily routines, modeling healthy boundaries, and empowering adolescents to build resilience through structure, skill-building, and meaningful connection. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and therapeutic milieu management.
• Model appropriate social, emotional, and behavioral boundaries.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and life skills groups.
• Mentor and guide clients in developing independence and resilience.
• Collaborate with clinical and residential staff to support treatment plans.
• Participate in experiential, recreational, and community activities.
• Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization inside of the residential facility.
