NVIDIA is seeking a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to own the development and implementation of AI technologies for industrial manipulators.

As the Product Manager, you will orchestrate the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI initiatives sought to redefine how industrial manipulators operate and interact within manufacturing environments.

What you will be doing :

Product Strategy Development : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrating AI capabilities into industrial manipulators, in alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Market Analysis : Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities, trends, and challenges in AI-driven industrial automation, with a focus on manipulator systems.

Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with customers, collaborators, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications for AI-enabled manipulator solutions.

AI Model Development : Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and researchers to develop, validate, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms for improving the intelligence and autonomy of industrial manipulators.

User Experience Design : Champion user-centric design principles to ensure intuitive and seamless integration of AI functionalities into manipulator control interfaces, workflows, and processes.

Testing and Validation : Establish robust testing methodologies and validation processes to ensure AI-enabled solutions' accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Customer Engagement : Engage with customers, partners, and industry collaborators to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive continuous improvement based on market insights and user needs.

Team Leadership : Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional teams involved in AI product development, encouraging a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

What we need to see :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience directly in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics or related technical field,

5+ years Proven track record of product management experience, with a focus on software development for industrial automation, robotics, or AI-enhanced applications.

Deep understanding of AI technologies, robotics, and their applications in industrial settings. Experience with machine learning, computer vision, and robotics control systems is helpful.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership expertise with the ability to collaborate effect complementary teams and partners.

Strategic problem solver with a customer-centric approach, capable of translating market business requirements into actionable product plans.

Ways to Stand out from the crowd :

Strong technical background with experience in programming languages such as Python, C / C++, and experience with AI frameworks (e.

g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) a plus.

Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of complex products from concept to market success within the robotics and automation industry.

An MBA or advanced degree in business or management

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
