Attorney - Divorce and Family Law

You are an attorney that loves the courtroom. The idea of making persuasive argument to sway a judge appeals to you. As a court of equity rather than a court of law, family law allows an attorney much more opportunity to use persuasive arguments. We handle contested divorces, contempt matters, custody disputes, DFCS removal hearings, adoptions, QDROs, and other aspects of family law.

Our firm is looking for an attorney that wants to be in court. We are willing to train for the area of law, but mostly we want someone comfortable in the courtroom. Our family law department has several senior attorneys to provide guidance if needed. Or, if you are senior as an attorney yourself, we are happy to have someone with experience. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position making a difference in clients' lives. Whatever your level of experience, we hope to hear from you.
