Manufacturing Engineer
Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer
Location : On-Site in Baldwin County, Alabama
Responsibilities :
- Provide detailed process guidance to Production Teams and Site Leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and product deviations.
- Manage maintenance and small capital projects.
- Ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Drive operational performance to meet targets for yields, reliability, and quality.
- Maintain productivity targets through performance tracking.
- Address production losses and implement corrective actions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of SPC, Provox DCS systems, and PLC functionality preferred.
Salary :
- 70,000 to 100,000 DOE
