As the Engineering Manager of Partner Experiences, your role will involve delivering exceptional capabilities for partners and customers, facilitating the seamless integration of Checkr into their hiring workflows. You will also oversee the end-user experience for Checkr's post-hire compliance products that enable customers to perform background checks on employees after hiring. To ensure an excellent experience, it is essential to integrate with HR applications that manage the employee lifecycle within the organization. You will work closely with our business development team and collaborate with our SaaS partners to design engaging, integrated experiences for end users. Furthermore, you will partner with product and operational stakeholders to ensure the developer platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and well-documented.

At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026, hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per week.
