Senior Manager, Creative Services

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :

This role supports the Director of Creative Services in developing visually compelling, brand-aligned messaging for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have proven experience collaborating with C-suite executives and business teams while consistently delivering excellence under pressure. The individual will manage a creative services specialist as well as external outside creative resources. It is important for the candidate to be able to drive compelling visual storytelling and conduct themselves with professionalism and emotional intelligence within high stakes environments.

(1) Executive Communication Support :

• Serve as a creative partner to senior executives, translating complex business narratives into clear, compelling visual communications aligned with corporate priorities. The candidate may act in a supporting or lead role depending on the project.
• Develop high-level messaging frameworks for presentations, speeches, investor communications, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, tone, and brand voice across all executive materials.
