What we offer :
- Base Salary : $80,000–$90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Productivity and performance bonuses

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based interventions and track measurable outcomesEducate and empower patients to continue care independentlyCollaborate closely with PT, OT, and administrative team membersDeliver compassionate, one-on-one care with a focus on vestibular, balance, and fall-prevention programsBring creativity and curiosity to the practice—help shape how we grow and serve our communityRequired Skills
What You Bring :
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programActive Colorado PT licenseCertification (or interest) in dry needlingPassion for treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk conditionsIndependent and collaborative work ethicSpanish fluency a strong plus, but not required
