Lead Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to collaborate with various stakeholders and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal / external customers

Gather business requirements and communicate them to development teams through documentation

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare

10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications in healthcare

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field

Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel
