Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend changes to management

Create and maintain operational reporting tools and compliance reports

Provide analytical support for budget comparisons and business strategy feasibility

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience

7-10 years of relevant work experience

In-depth knowledge and skills in operational reporting and performance metrics

Experience with billing systems and financial reporting

Ability to prioritize work and make directional decisions independently
