Job Description

As a Field Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction and bidding process by conducting on-site evaluations of commercial roofing projects. This position focuses on gathering accurate field data, including measurements, photos, material conditions, and site logistics, to provide the estimating team with the detailed information needed to develop accurate proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct On-Site Evaluations :

Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and related documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work.

Collaborate closely with estimators and project managers to ensure field data is clearly understood and incorporated into final estimates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project take-offs, including all supporting documentation and correspondence.

Represent the Company at pre-bid meetings with owners, general contractors, or consultants to clarify project scopes and confirm site-specific requirements.
